Purchase agreement, on the basis of which is realized by the sale of goods arises on the basis of sending the electronic order by the buyer or oral taking orders over the phone. Legal relations arising from the conclusion of the purchase contract, shall be governed by the relevant provisions of the Civil code, particularly the provisions on the conclusion of contracts using means of distance communication.
